When you access or use anything here, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the Service.

Use of Service

You get a limited license to use Vividgarden for personal, non-commercial purposes only. That means you can't transfer it, and we can take it away if needed. Using the Service means you're accepting these conditions.

Lawful Use

Keep everything legal. No illegal activity, fraud, or anything unauthorized while you're here.

Account Responsibility

Everything in Vividgarden—text, images, logos, code—belongs to us or our licensors. It's all protected by copyright law.

We provide the Service as-is without any promises. We don't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

We won't be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the Service. This goes for our directors, employees, partners, and affiliates too.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ontario, Canada law without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a material change, we'll give at least a month's notice. We decide what counts as material.
